Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Customer Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Customer Engine provides a customer acquisition system with daily tasks, templates, and a knowledge base for B2B SaaS founders. You receive lifetime access to the system upon purchase.

Payment

Customer Engine is sold as a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price.

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you complete Customer Engine's 30-day program and don't get at least 1 potential customer showing interest.

To Qualify for a Refund:

  • 45-day window: Please submit your refund request within 45 days of your purchase date.
  • Complete the program: We ask that you complete all daily tasks for the 30-day program. Tasks should be done in order, and we recommend spreading them out over the full 30 days rather than rushing through them.
  • Use real data: For the system to work, we need you to use genuine, relevant information about your actual product and target customers. This means real prospects (not placeholder names), actual ICP research, and authentic messaging that reflects your product. If you rush through and add fake data just to check boxes, the system won't work—and that's not fair to you or us.
  • Follow the instructions: Each task is designed to build on the previous one. When a task asks you to add 10 prospects, we need 10 real prospects with genuine information. This helps ensure the system works as intended.
  • Show your work: When you request a refund, we'll ask to see examples of your outreach (like screenshots of messages you sent). This helps us understand what didn't work so we can improve the system for others.

If you've completed the program with genuine effort and still haven't received interest from at least 1 potential customer, we'll refund your full purchase price within 48 hours.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use Customer Engine only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Customer Engine and all content, including tasks, templates, and system design, are the property of Customer Engine. You receive a license to use the system for your own customer acquisition purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to Customer Engine.

Limitation of Liability

Customer Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or customer acquisition outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Customer Engine after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
